Titre : « J'IRRIGUE MES OLIVIERS » : Une application excel pour la détermination des besoins en eau de l'olivier et des paramètres de l'irrigation

Résumé : « J'irrigue mes oliviers » est une application développée dans le cadre de la lettre d'accord signée entre l'Institut de l'Olivier et la FAO (2020-2022) dans le but de fournir un outil permettant de déterminer les besoins en eau des cultures (ETc) et les besoins en eau d'irrigation (I) de la plantation d'oliviers qu'elle soit irriguée en eau douce ou salée.
L'application est constituée d'un fichier Excel de cinq pages. Les deux premières pages sont consacrées aux données d'évapotranspiration de référence (ETo) et de précipitations. La page 3 comprend les données parcellaires saisies spécifiquement pour chaque oliveraie. La page 4 présente les procédures et formules de calcul qui sont utilisées pour déterminer l'évapotranspiration des cultures (ETc) et les paramètres d'irrigation. La dernière page est celle des extrants, où sont tabulées les valeurs mensuelles d'ETc, la dose d'irrigation, la fraction lessivée, etc. Un exemple est appliqué à titre illustratif. Dans le futur, l'application « J'irrigue mes oliviers » pourra être adaptée pour être utilisée dans d'autres cultures arboricoles.

Abstract : The scan of the studies realized about Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) olive oils of the Mediterranean countries showed that, despite the importance of the literature on food quality labels, reviews dealing with characteristics of labelled olive oil and joining the physicochemical properties with the regulation rules and the instructions of each specification are mainly unavailable. This study aims to consolidate the academic research state in the field of labelled olive oils (PDO and PGI) via determining the meaning of these labels, why they are used and the different regulations and specifications related to labelled olive oils. Titre : Variabilité bioclimatique de l’oliveraie du Centre-Est Tunisien, cas de Sfax, dans un contexte de changement climatique

Abstract : Olive growing is one of the oldest crops in Tunisia and takes a place of choice both in ecological and agricultural plans and in socio-economic plans. However, this crop, mainly conducted in dry farming, is threatened by the global warming which leads to an advancement of these phenological stages and sometimes a modification of the quality of the olive oils. In this paper, the temporal variability of temperatures in the Sfax region, the first producer and exporter of olive oil in the country, was analysed with a multi-scalar approach. Firstly, the temporal evolution of temperatures showed a general warming since the mid-1980s for annual temperatures, and the early 1980s and 1990s for monthly temperatures. Secondly, the effects of this warming on the olive tree during its vegetative period (between March and the beginning of November) were studied and highlighted an increase in degree days since the mid-1980s. Finally, the analysis of the frequency of occurrence of atmospheric circulation types and their manifestations in terms of "mildness situation" over the region, from December to February, allowed to explain the variability of the olive tree budburst date and the precocity observed since 2014.
